Pricing FAQ
Common questions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans bill monthly in advance. You can cancel from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then.
Are there annual plans?
Not at launch. We are monthly-only on purpose, so customers can leave if Invoset is not delivering value. Annual plans with a small discount may arrive later, but only if they are honestly cheaper, never as a lock-in mechanism.
What happens if my site has more pages than my plan covers?
The scan stops at the page cap for your plan and the dashboard shows how many pages were skipped. You can upgrade at any time, and the next scheduled scan picks up from a higher cap immediately.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Monthly plans are pay-as-you-go: cancel any time and you will not be billed again. Refunds are issued for duplicate charges, extended outages attributable to us, and billing errors. See our Refund Policy for the exact terms.
What currency are plans billed in?
United States dollars (USD), monthly. Applicable taxes are added based on your billing address. Invoices are issued by the contracting entity listed on the contact page.
Why no certified or guaranteed tier?
Because nobody can credibly sell that. There is no official ADA certification program in the United States, and any vendor claiming guaranteed lawsuit protection is the kind of vendor courts have ruled against. Invoset documents tested conformance and continuous monitoring, which is what holds up under scrutiny.
